Take it slow! If it’s a fresh injury only perform physiological exercises meant to heal the injury and not workout. Eat the required diet. Consult a physician if the injury is serious. Rest is the best remedy!!!

Well, I would suggest that you let your body heal itself. Your body knows best so listen to it. And when your body is ready for exercise again, you’d know. Go for the 5-10 minutes exercises that works for a start before going for the more intense exercises
