What do you do if you don’t feel like eating first thing in the morning?

This to me says there’s emotions that need to be released. Drinking some water then moving my body. Either working out, stretching, going on a walk, going outside even can be enough, listening to music and letting my body move to it. Asking myself even why I don’t want to eat, trying to find the inner me that’s feeling something. All while not pressuring myself to eat. And if all that and still no appetite, then we try again in a few hours.

I have a cup of tea 🫖 it’s hard sometimes forcing myself to eat first thing in the morning but training myself to do this is important. Especially when it’s essential to eat well and regular.

Otherwise I just sit with the feeling and don’t get anything done ✔️. Wanting more from and in life and having a positive mental attitude can be difficult to start. When some days are easier than others and going by feelings alone can stop me from doing what I feel like doing.

It’s a juxtaposition between wanting to do something and feeling in the moment… it is possible to force but staying well is just as important..

Having a routine or plan for the day and little wins or wants. Having a goal long term as well as daily and doing things for myself as well as other people is a delicate balance between looking after yourself and caring about those you love..

Feelings of not eating are sometimes a form of neglect that can be deep rooted, the source of which is care. Wanting to care but being knocked about how to. Especially when everyone wants to look good 😊 in their body to themselves and in the eyes of others.

It’s that need that requires work. Work on yourself as if you were the other person who cares about you. Like they say, learning to love yourself by being kind to how you feel, is important because if you look after how you feel then you won’t attach hatred to food…

Instead of seeing food as control, take control and exercise. 🏃‍♀️ movement is a great joy of the physical form and so learn to appreciate this. It will allow you to enjoy more and see food as fuel for your body to do more good things than feeling the negative of not wanting breakfast.

Besides breakfast doesn’t have to be boring. 🥱 get romantic 💕 and dream of what youd like not just what you have…
