What do you do if not running?

Well, I don’t really have a proper environmemt where I can run freely without some level of embarrassment (due to people staring at me weirdly for running) which I am just not ready for. So, to make up for that, I walk instead. This works out for me because I work 20 minutes away from the last bus stop on my commute, and so instead of taking a cab there, I just use that time to walk to and from work. In order for me to do this though, I usually have to free up sone time beforehand to include in my schedule to ensure that I don’t cut into the time of any other of my planned activities. So I’ve now started to wake up earlier and plan my grocery shopping at a few minutes later in the evenings than I would have before. I also engage in a 10 minute yoga stretch every morning after I wake up and a further 30 minutes in the evenings by 8pm. And that’s what I do to make up for missing out on running. I hope this helps
