I try to vary, but also I want to stick with my diet. It’s not the kind of diet you do to lose weight, but to decrease inflammation in the stomach and in the intestinal system. So I know that eggs, healthy fats and veggies I can eat without any problems. Pasta I can eat but only whole-wheat. Knowing just those ingredients I can prepare myself an avocado sandwich, pasta with sautéed courgettes or a burrito
