I would say fhe easiest way to get lots of nutrients would be through vegetables and fruit, for example bananas or Avocado. My go-to breakfasts are usually yogurt with muesli and banana or avocado toast 🙂

Dry fruits like almonds and vegetables. You can eat parathas (Indian food) or oats or poha(also Indian food) and ofcourse milk is better than any other drink.
