What are some suggestions for quick healthy breakfast ideas??

i really enjoy things like weetbix with berries and nuts because it is filling, the berries make it sweet, and the nuts provide protein. another option i would recommend is to have an apple on the go if you are in a rush. 🙂

Overnight oats, french omelette, chia puddings, hard boiled egg and cucumbers, avocado on toast, kiwi, fruits, cheese sandwich or anything you feel like eating!

Plain yogurt and berries, eggs wrapped in a big leafy green, dried fruit and nuts, a banana/peanut butter/milk or milk substitute smoothie, jerky and clementines or another fruit and a cheesestick:) I hope you have a good day!
