Plain yogurt and berries, eggs wrapped in a big leafy green, dried fruit and nuts, a banana/peanut butter/milk or milk substitute smoothie, jerky and clementines or another fruit and a cheesestick:) I hope you have a good day!

I like grabbing quick snacking portions of nuts, fruit like an apple or a banana, and something to drink it with (milk / ice water.) On days I don’t feel up to eating I take a booster drink to get me through those first few hours – but not as a meal replacement.

i really enjoy things like weetbix with berries and nuts because it is filling, the berries make it sweet, and the nuts provide protein. another option i would recommend is to have an apple on the go if you are in a rush. πŸ™‚
