I don’t like eating in the morning but I figured breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So what I do is make me a small bowl of oats and I’m good to go!

Try a avocado sandwich, a cucumber and cream cheese sandwich, a grilled cheese, a microgreen sandwich, a creme cheese and jam sandwich, a almond or peanut butter and Jam Sandwich or any other sandwich! They are all tasty and healthy! The first 2 you can add black pepper and salt to help even more, and you can mix and match flavors to make a micro green, red onion and avocado sandwich which is by the way amazing. You can also try the nature’s path heritage flakes cereal which is multi grain cereal with honey and almond milk. Amazing!!! Try it! You will love it. Also fruit salad is good to!

A light slice of avocado salad always works for me. But if you want to go lighter there’s nothing wrong with yoghurt and simple toppings.
