How do you fit a filling, protein-rich breakfast in on a busy morning?

The first part is to get up earlier. You really WANT to give yourself enough time every morning to get ready for the day at a somewhat relaxed pace. I might recommend the book The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.
Next part is to have a couple quick and easy go to's. One of mine is kitchen sink scrambled eggs: throw some meat and/or veggies and/or fruits and/or leftovers, basically whatever, in a frying pan to warm them up. Then crack a couple eggs and scramble it. Add salt and pepper to taste, and you have a quick and easy full meal for breakfast.

I usually wake up at 450am which gives me plenty of time to prepare something healthy, since I begin work at 7am. I make a protein shake, boil 2 eggs while I get ready and a PB&J on a flat bread. I drink the protein shake on the way to work. Since I get to work 30 mins early, I eat the eggs and sandwich at work with a cup of coffee.

Wake up, brush your teeth, shave (maybe), go to the kitchen, turn on the hot water for Oatmeal, shower, go back to the kitchen and add oatmeal to your now boiling water, stir and get your work clothes on. Come back and stir again until cooked. Add flax or peanut butter to your oatmeal and voila. For faster cooling of breakfast, stick it in the freezer: also a good time to drink a big glass of water. If you’re ultra rushed there is no end to the number of breakfast bar type options.

Plan and prep it at night. It takes away the anxiety and the impulsiveness. And it saves time, so you feel a little less busy not having to worry about breakfast.

I take my breakfast with me to work and eat at my desk. That way I'm not wolfing it down on my way out the door or in the car. We have a microwave, so I heat it up and have time to enjoy as I catch up on email…

Rice cakes! I love Apple cinnamon rice cakes topped with yogurt or peanut butter. Sometimes I’ll get creative and add some extra cinnamon, nuts or craisins on top. I also like fried eggs and rice. I make the rice in the instapot while I workout or get ready for work. It’s a quick way to have a warm breakfast before 7 am.

I make a protein shake as it only takes me a few minutes. If I’m really lacking for time I have protein bars stashed at work for emergencies and I’ll grab a piece of fruit on my way out the door

I use overnight oats and frozen stuff. I put one cup oats to 1 cup yoghurt and 1 cup milk, add frozen berries and 1 cube frozen spinach. I stir it and put it in the fridge. It's better to take it out of the fridge a while before you eat it, but eating it straight from the fridge is fine (just cold). I have found this super helpful for adding breakfast back into my routine. It makes me feel good that I have something prepped, like I'm being good to myself and I'm less hungry throughout the day.

Either I or my husband cook it every morning. Just have to take the time to do it. If we feel like something different, I will have made it the night before.

I usually found something on the go. Protein boxes are easy to find at Starbucks, and hard boiling my own eggs ahead of time only takes 20 minutes. Avoiding pancakes, waffles, and cereals is easy because I don't even like those foods.

I make something that doesn’t take a lot of time, like boiled eggs and toast. And while the eggs are boiling, you can do other things.

I pre make breakfast burritos on the weekend. In the morning I throw it in the microwave for a few minutes then it's ready to go! I mainly do eggs and potatoes but I've recently tried bulgher and eggs and that works as well.

I can eat a chicken or a protein shake, slice of sausage.
