I am 2 weeks into a Keto diet and I get really tired half way through the day without carbs. What can you suggest particularly for breakfast that will help?

Try eating bacon and eggs with an avocado. Add an avocado into your breakfast see if that helps.

I found the more protein I ate the better it was for me. I added things like kimchi to some of my meals. I ate plain yogurt adding sweetener & then a flavouring of some sort. You can eat a lot of protein on keto. I also ate cheese.

Oh yeah, I bought grape tomatoes and kept them on the counter. I ate those. They helped me.

I found when I started keto I found I had to go to bed at 9 at night. That went on for about a yr.
