I do wake up hungry in the morning. Usually, I don’t take breakfast and that does affect my mood because I tend to become hangry and I can’t really focus much until I eat something. When I do have breakfast, it doesn’t instantly make my mood better but reduces the chances of being hangry and to some extent, let’s me focus on my work better.

It really does, because i feel not only physically better, but also mentally, especially if the breakfast is aesthetically pleasing.
