Actually no as long as it has caffeine no. It sleep deprives ourselves and sometimes I also feel this in my real life. Tea or decaf coffee maybe an alternative
I usually love to drink coffee in the morning, but it can almost work like a drug, that if you Don't get it before doing anything else (like work, or clean the house) you'll be easily triggerd. So it's a great way to start your day, but I like to switch it up sometimes as to not make a bad habbit out of it.
