I like to prepare a fairly good amount of apple cinnamon oatmel porridge and keep it in individual portions in the fridge. If I’m in a hurry in the morning, I can grab a portion and heat it up at work.
Eggs and grits
Basically I recreate the delicious instant oatmeal that you can get at Starbucks. You just get plain instant oatmeal and a “nut medley” and a “raisins” medley. For the raisins, you get craisins, yellow raisins, and regular ones. Then have those premixed and ready to go.
I like to meal prep frozen breakfast burritos. I make about sixteen at a time, they are very healthy, yummy, and easy. Takes about one minute to heat up. I use low carb tortillas, eggs, turkey sausage crumbles, and pico de Gallo. Plus I throw in a lot of Indian spices haha
I love oatmeal with banana. Its really simple and easy to make every morning. I just add frozen banana to my oatmeal and wait it to melt, then adding the hot water and stir. Sometimes i add milk and it will taste great. It is delicious and easy to make. and it can make me full til 12 pm. I have a breakfast round 8-9am everyday btw.
Whiz up a banana with some strawberries or kiwi and my kefir, a dash of cinnamon and lots of ice for a breakfast smoothie.
Steel cut oatmeal. I make a large batch then just heat quick in the am and choose a fruit I have ready to go as topping. Yum!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And it has to be the most complete one in terms of nutrients. Since I work with a really fast pace, grab and go meals is my thing. Of course it has to be healthy. So I go for an boild egg and vegie sandwhich (wheat bread of course). My ingredients are: 2 slices of wheat bread 1 hard boild egg (mashed) 2 leaves of lettuce sliced tomatos sliced cucumber And just pile them all. Sometimes I add cheese for a little salty taste 😁
An apple and almonds
I have made some mini egg muffins that I can microwave for 2 mins. They are just eggs I tiny bit of cheese some spring onion and tomato. All mixed up and baked. Then they live in the freezer ready for days I don’t have time. Eggs are so filling its a life win.
