Every morning, I make some scrambled eggs and a bowl of oatmeal made with a half cup of raw oats, 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter, a third cup of blue berries and a whole cup of almond milk.

Protein. It gives a longer lasting energy than carbs. Lunch meat or protein powder in apple sauce are my quick grabs. Eggs are my favorite when I have a few more minutes. Another option is yougurt but I have to be careful of the sugar which drives up the calories. There is a brand of Greek yogurt that is only 80 calories which tasres great.

I think we should needs some carbohydrates and fats in the morning because it will give us the energy throughout the day 😉

When breaking your fast, choose to eat something nourishing, with a balance of protein, good fats and carbohydrates. Pay attention to how it makes you feel, and change it as necessary.

I prefer something with protein like eggs but toast with butter and fresh jam isn’t also yummy, particularly when served in bed by my hubby! He isn’t one of those guys that says I love you, but this small gesture shows me he does.

I really enjoy making smoothies with banana, honey, oats, milk and berries. Their just very yum. I like eggs on toast, it’s a classic

The best thing to eat in the morning is a homemade waffle with strawberries a powdered sugar(for plating) and a cup of coffee. This is healthy and delicious. It's the best thing to jump start the morning.

A healthy mix of protein and complex carbohydrates: apple with peanut butter, oatmeal with fresh fruit, eggs and whole grain toast, peanut butter and banana slices on whole grain toast. Stay away from protein bars; they usually have a lot of sugar and not enough protein.

I usually have a few options I choose from. Option 1:Smashed avacado on one piece of Ezekiel toast with one egg on top. Option 2:Half a mashed banana mixed with 40g of oatmeal and unsweetened almond milk topped with blueberries, pumpkin seeds and goji berries. Option 3:Acai bowl topped with fruit and granola. Option 4: Protein smoothie

I honestly think fruit-based meals are best for breakfast. They're quick, easy, light in the summer and give you lots of nutrients while still getting a little bit of sweetness! Plain fruit is good but fruit added to Greek yogurt is great too, giving you protien and calcium. A smoothie is terrific too. I usually have fruit (typically strawberries), plain Greek yogurt, almond milk & silken tofu in my smoothies, plus sometimes a little water if I need it.

Yogurt with home made "MĂźsli" (Just dry roasted oats with honey) and with fresh fruits (mango+banana+mandarins+ eventually avocado)

Personally, I like to eat granola with almond milk, or porridge with fruits to start my day. I find it delicious and also healthy. A plus side is that no one else in my home likes my breakfast so no one steals it. 😂

I have found, that having a savoury meal as my first works the best for me. As I am working on my weight loss I look for high protein foods. I bake my own bread 1 or 2 times a week, prepare some home made spread with cottage cheese and add some veggies to each meal. I allow myself to have sweet breakfast full of carbs only during the weekend.

I like to have a bowl of oatmeal with fruit and or granola in it or a piece of fruit. I like bananas. And some mornings I will eat eggs and 2 sausage links.

The best thing to eat in the morning is the one that will provide nutrients and macros needed to start a day well. Chia pudding or oatmeal with fruit and nuts will make a great breakfast. Whole grain bread with egg and leafy greens is also a good idea

I'm a fan of smoothies. I like to prepackage everything for a single serving into ziplock bags and toss them in the freezer, so that in the morning I dump them in my blender, add some liquid, blend and go.

what i found helpful for is is eating things i like that also will help me feel full and energized. Something with fiber and protein. So typically coffee(or tea), fruit (apples and a scoop of almond butter) and either (cereal/toast with butter and jam/eggs with tomatoes and avocado)

Granola with oat milk and fruit sometimes I sprinkle crushed nuts on. It's great because I can it doesn't take long to make look beautiful and tastes really good also it means I actually spend some time sitting still in the morning to eat and reflect. I actually struggle with breakfast food and before this didn't really eat it other than grab a banana on my way out. I have to avoid foods with added iron and oddly they seem to add it to most cereal and breakfast type things.

It is better to avoid any sugar or food with high amounts of sugar in it. The focus should be on protein foods, such as eggs. Other recommendations would be bananas, apples, pears, nuts and peanut butter.

Boiled eggs in toast with 🍯 and zaatar.
Two toasted breads (brown bread or grain)
Cut the boiled egg in slices
Add some pepper and salt
Add some honey
Add some zaatar
Close the sandwich with the second bread

It would taste amazing and would be healthy

In my opinion i most enjoy having eggs on toast. I can spoil myself some days by adding bacon, mushrooms, hasbrowns, etc. And its still quite healthy. On days where i feel less motivated to cook, Weetbix with some fruit and yoghurt or a healthy cereal is always good.
Byron S.
I usually have a quick shake but I most enjoy tea with banana slices. Drizzle the slices in honey and then add some cinnamon on top sometimes I will add a dark chocolate chip and sometimes I will add a bit of whipped cream.

Personally, I think that it is important to have some source of protein because it sets you of for the day. Some of the things I have are scrambled or fried egg on toast, a fruit smoothie that I add kale too or banana pancakes which is just 1 banana and 2 eggs, if you want extra protein you could add some protein powder. I hope this helps.
Rhea Y.
I think you need a tasty, low-gi- carb, protein and fat balanced moderate sized meal. I think Avo, egg on whole meal toast and some veggies or fruits is a great and easy option.
Katelyn J.
I've eaten the same thing for breakfast for years! A cinnamon raisin English muffin, toasted with some margarine, an egg scrambled with more whites & sharp cheddar cheese, and a hot mug of coffee. Can make it with my eyes closed and find it to be filling. Just enough of sweet & savory. Could make it practically with my eyes closed, so I love that it's delicious and brainless.
