How do you keep variety in your breakfast proteins?

Since I eat in mess, mostly food is composed of healthy compositions of fats, carbs and protein but since I am lean bulking I increase my protein intake by taking oats with milk in the morning breakfast and also 2-3 eggs, and chicken once a week , I am thinking of implementing a protein shake that is going to help me meet my protein and overall health goals
