I think you can balance your food by eating all kinds of food, but not everyday. Of course you can eat fruit, vegetables and protein everyday. Just be careful with the junk food like hamburgers or tacos or pizza, that can make you unhealthy.

To keep you full all day is essential eat all the micronutrients, so I would suggest a meal with chicken, avocado/salad and a carbohydrate like rice.
