I feel okey eating breakfast in the morning if I didn't eat much the previous night ۔Although i don't feel like eating breakfast at all when I have panic attack and anxiety in the morning which happens if I wake up too early like before 6am ۔

No I’m okay my body is ready it’s just I can’t eat a lot in the morning, or I just don’t have the energy to prepare anything but I still make sure to eat something!!

Breakfast doesn't make me feel tired, I tend to start eating breakfast by 9am or 10am and it helps me get ready for the rest of the day
