What do you do for exercise that doesn’t feel like a big ordeal?

Sometimes, going for a long walk is the best thing I can be doing with my time. Working out’s great, and running is amazing, but sometimes I don’t feel like I can put in the effort. When I feel like that, I go on a looong walk. There are hills where I live, so it’s not super easy, and still definitely exercise. But it gives me a chance to take in the sights, the smells, the sounds… it’s lovely.
