What is, according to you, the lightest, most efficient and less time-costing breakfast?

A fruit like an apple and a banana. Another breakfast is a fried egg or a hard boiled egg, it takes a bit more time even though the hard boiled egg can be cooked before, with some cereal bread.

It does ask according to me and I would have to say an Ensure or something similar depending on what your body is lacking or needed for your schedule. Now my preference and what I usually have is shredded wheat (not shreddies) or oatmeal. The roomie says Apple because it's prepared and should keep the Doctor away. That is what I have for second breakfast.
