What are some replacements for oatmeal that provide similar nutrition?

You can have fruits,salad,almond milk,soya milk or bread but the most important thing is whatever you eat, eat it happily.

Depends what you like! If you’re after something that has the same consistency you could try Quinoa porridge or if you want to try some savoury Kongee is great ☺️

Quinoa flakes. Honestly, all oats are healthy. But if you want to get technical, oat groats remain the healthiest because they're the purest form of the whole oat you can eat. They're the least processed and contain the most nutrition.

A good question to ask first is why are you replacing oatmeal? If it's because it's bland or because you mildly dislike the taste, check the rest of your day for extensive sugars that could be dulling your palette, or add jam or peanut butter to the oatmeal to flavour it. If it's texture or really not liking it then try the healthiest bread you can find with eggs or a low sugar cereal and add nuts and fruit to add protein and sweetness respectively
