Before I leave to work I usually make an omlet and eat it with bread. I cut an apple to eat on my way (if Im not driving) or when I arrive to my work place.
A breakfast burrito is good for when you’re on the go. Any fruits to snack on or a smoothie to also get a daily dose of fruit
Overnight oats is my goto. I never have to eat on the go. If I hav to eat at work I bring my overnight oats or prepare oatmeal there.
