2. A chilled bowl of yogurt with fruits and topped with choice of nuts.
3. Oats pancake with grated veggies like carrot, beetroot, spinach , onion, beans with little oil and salt . Season it with paprika , green chillies or black pepper as per your choice .
Another go-to for me is oats porridge with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar, and a handful of frozen berries. You can leave the milk out or use a plant based milk of your choice. You can even add a spoonful of peanut butter or a handful of nuts it's that's your vibe.
