I’m looking for more vegan and plant-based breakfast ideas. Any suggestions?

1. Try chia seeda with choice of nuts and fruits with almond milk for breakfast.
2. A chilled bowl of yogurt with fruits and topped with choice of nuts.
3. Oats pancake with grated veggies like carrot, beetroot, spinach , onion, beans with little oil and salt . Season it with paprika , green chillies or black pepper as per your choice .

I love making "refried" style beans using fried onions, canned tomatoes, black beans and kidney beans. I enjoy this with toast and avo. Adding fried mushroom and a vegan Saussage gives this a more traditional breakfast feel.

Another go-to for me is oats porridge with a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar, and a handful of frozen berries. You can leave the milk out or use a plant based milk of your choice. You can even add a spoonful of peanut butter or a handful of nuts it's that's your vibe.

Hi 🙂 I watch a YouTube channel called "Pick up limes" and she posts AMAZING and creative vegan recipes for all meals. I would highly recommend watching her channel! Some vegan breakfast ideas I know are: Oatmeal, topped with nut butter and stwed berries, Vegan pancakes, toffu scrambles, bacon made from seasoned and thinly sliced air fried carrots, breakfast sandwiches, nourish bowls, smoothie bowls, toast topped with vegan Nutella, breakfast wraps, homemade granola bars, omelets made from chickpeas or hashbrown. And there are several twist to all of these basic ideas, like changing the flavor. Ex lemon blubery oatmeal vs a chocolate peanut utter oatmeal. You can also change the way you cook something like baked oat meal vs stove top oatmeal. Anyways I really hopped this helped you! Definitely check out the channel though! Same here but I have a brand that I like, Viblance has great musli and other breakfast option I like to eat it with alpro vanilia almond milk ☺️
