I found out that I have type 2 diabetes and HAD to change a lot of things, but the most important change was that I had to completely change my eating habits, and learn how to eat healthier foods etc.
This is my NEW breakfast that I love… I have lowfat vanilla greek yogurt with honey oat granola on top, along with fresh strawberries & fresh blueberries.
You can prepare most of it the night before.
So you would wash and cut-up the fruit that you want and put in tupperware then the fridge until morning. When you wake up all you need to do is grab your ingredients, put your yogurt in a bowl or whatever is easiest, then you add granola to it, and finally the fruit. If you prefer you can also put ingredients in separate containers and put them together right before you are ready to eat.

You can boil some potatoes a night before and mash them up and chop some onions too , just remember to keep the onions dry if you’re storing them or you can just chop the onions in the morning , then keep them in the fridge , the next morning , just add some desired spices and chopped onions to the mashed potatoes and apply the mixture on a slice of bread, top it with another slice of bread and toast it from both sides on a pan .
