Plan ahead and prep breakfast items for the week if possible. Plan for at least one grab and go option for days when time is tight.

I always have 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs in the fridge. So I can make a quick sandwich with hard boiled eggs, smashed avocado and squeeze lemon on it, or if you have a little time you can have the eggs cook at your preference. It’s a delicious breakfast for a person who likes citrus flavor.
