I’ve never tried meal prepping before, but I want to give it a shot to improve my diet. Here are some foods I’m thinking of preparing in advance:
– Roasted or boiled chicken
– Rice and quinoa
– Roasted or steamed vegetables
– Healthy soups
– Hard-boiled eggs
– Cooked ground meat
– Raw or roasted nuts
– Greek yogurt with honey and nuts
– Carrot and cucumber sticks
– Overnight oats
– Green smoothies
– Fruit-infused water
Of course, I’ll need to keep in mind the proper storage and preservation methods for each food.
