I use a tongue scraper first thing in the morning everyday. So I clean my tongue daily.
I also clean dishes daily, as well as wash my face every evening.

Every day I clean the livingroom, dining room, kitchen, toilets. We have little kids at home so I have to do it. And I try to do it in 2x 10min.

To start, as I am new, I am just working on making it a habit to tidy up purposefully for 10 minutes every evening instead of procrastinating and then having a big job on my hands.
