If it's cold out I like to have porridge, sometimes using jumbo oats and other times instant, I also make oat bars in advance with dried fruit for the days where I don't feel like cooking breakfast.
In the warmer months I have an avocado, perhaps half a grapefruit or a banana with some nuts or seeds

I had a vegetable sandwich of brown bread with cucumber , tomato , green chilli sauce and some bitter sperad on it . Also a paneer roll (Indian cottage cheese roll)
