What can I do if my physical space to work out in is super limited? How can I get a good workout in when it feels like there’s not enough space?

You can head outside to the park, or use an app that guides you on different area walks or runs.
You can follow you tube videos on how to work out in small spaces.
You can add an exercise band or weights to increase your effort.
Don’t let space limit your fitness.
