Wheat toast with avocado and a delicious sprinkle of sesame seeds over the top. If that is too elaborate, try making overnight oats with berries of your choice in the evening and let it sit in the fridge overnight and there is no reason to skip because it’s already prepared.

A protein yogurt with berries and granola is well-balanced. Or a smoothie with protein powder, berries, chia seeds, and yogurt. That can be good with a slice of avocado toast
