An easy chia pudding can be made a few days in advance. I use a scoop of protein powder, around half a tablespoon of chia seeds, then add some milk, a little yoghurt and some fruit on top. Into the fridge overnight and you're ready to go!

When I don't have time to eat breakfast, I can eat something healthy but quick, like yogurt, fruit, a sandwich. And then, if possible, make a second breakfast later, or have an early lunch.I can prepare by boiling grits in advance.Or preparing meat for sandwiches.Also, for example, I can make the dough for cheesecakes in advance and freeze them so that I can just reheat them in the morning.
