What are your top 3 exercises that you enjoy doing (e.g. running, Zumba, chest press, squats)?

I enjoy walking, jogging, wnd stretching, especially outside. These activities relax me. Other things I enjoy doing are workouts or movement sessions designed specifically for you to do while sitting in a chair, on the ground, or laying down. They help me get exercise into my day when I don’t have to motivation to get up. I love you and I believe in you ❤️

I enjoy running in the Sunday mornings and I like to do burpees because I don’t have enough time. I do burpees because it’s a great exercise and you can exercise all your body.

I enjoy HITT. I love the intensity of it and those short rest keep my andrenaline going and make it a fun challenge for me. I choose the most intense exercises for my routine. Ones that require a lot of work, effort, and speed. Like burbees and jump squats for example.
The harder it is, the more I enjoy it. It also allows me to get a pretty intense high calorie burning workout in, in a short time. So I can feel like I did good even if I wasn’t able to work out for a full hour or more for any reason.
