I like fried eggs done medium well over jasmine rice. But really eggs and rice is the bomb. You get some protein and carbs, and add in some fruit like strawberries or oranges and you get sugar too! It keeps you going all morning and intotbej afternoon~

Protein smoothies!! Simple, sugarless smoothies. I get a dietary protein powder from my doctor, then use milk, frozen berries, and fruit yogurt – which depending on what you use can contribute a sweet enough flavor that you don't need to add any sugar!

Well, I usually eat a banana or an apple with some green tea or when there's no fruit I eat rice with vegetables or some toasts with jam. As long as I feel satisfied with what I eat, everything is a good breakfast!

For me, it is a smoothie every morning. I add a mixed berry blend of frozen fruit, almond milk, ice and vanilla protein powder. If I wanna change it up sometimes I will add a banana or mangos or something else to the smoothie as well. It takes me all of 5 minutes to make and clean up after. It quick, delicious and very satisfying!

I make an egg and cheese sandwich. Just pop toasts in toaster and egg 1 min in microwave. Makes a delicious and simple sandwich

Oatmeal with fruit. I like to buy the Quaker Oats mini packages which come pre-portioned. All you need to do is add milk or water, microwave for 2 mins and then add a handful of fruit. I usually go for a mix of raspberries and blueberries, occasionally adding strawberries. I then add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg for a really delicious, warm fulfilling brekkie!

I usually take 1 boiled egg with 3 spoonful white cheese and 1 big cucumber.
Sometimes I change it to be 2 fried eggs with half spoon of ghee and the same cucumber and 1 toast. 😅

I have two favourite breakfast. The first is overnight oats with banana and peanut butter or apple and almond butter. The second is smashed avocado on toast.

I love a handful of dried fruit and nut mix with a spoon of natural yogurt and honey. It's quick, filling and tasty.
I also am getting in to the habit of preparing breakfast the evening before if I can.
Overnight oats are great being prepared beforehand.
