I eat cornflakes mixed with a little milk every morning (adding some banana into it also works but its optional I used to do it that way) thanks to this small but quick meal, I have a good start into the day with lots of energy and power throughout the day. On weekends when I don’t go to school, I also eat a so called second breakfast afterwards which contains 2 eggs with some bread and cheese, it’s a simple breakfast but has pretty much protein which doesn’t just give you power, but also is good for your health. 1. overnight oats or chia puddings! i prefer sweet breakfast so i usually make some banana or youghurt based pancakes. from the savoury ones, i like tortilla with eggs, cheese ans sausages wrapped in a roll amd heated on fry pan.
