oatmeal with fruits is a good option just cut up apple or strawberry and another option is cut bananas and put them all on a plate and then drizzle peanut/almond butter over them

Fruits are quick and easy if you're on the go. But, if you're feeling Inspired to eat healthy and feel full than make a good filling breakfast, trying to include protein and carbs.
