What is a good, but simple breakfast?

Elzbieta Q.
A good breakfast for me consists of whole grain toast, 2 hardboiled eggs,n maybe some bacon or a piece of fruit and I love a bowl of hot oatmeal

Oatmeal is a good breakfast. Oatmeal cooked with water. Or scrambled eggs. With fresh pressed orange juice. Additional mixed fruit salad would be great as well, but that makes it less simple?

Scrambled eggs, toast and some avocado! Full of protein, healthy fats and it will give you the energy you need to start your day.

Depends on what you like to have for breakfast to be honest. Personally, I like to have an eggwhite omelette with herbs and some veggies (mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes for example). On other days, when I am in a rush, I like some soy yoghurt, with protein powder and some fruit (strawberries/blueberries/banana/ whatever has your preference) as well as steeds (pumpkin/chia/hemp). I think it's important to start your day with protein, as it will keep you full for longer, reducing the likelihood of over-eating as well as preventing a sugar crash. Hope this helps 🙂

Whole grain bread slice with 1 teaspoon of organic nut butter with any fruit on the go. I drink white tea or green tea with a lemon slice in the morning plus I always drink a glass of water first thing when I wake up so if I don’t have time it’s ok to skip the tea or have it at work.

Something that you actually like. If you dont actually like your breakfast then you day will start off difficult. Choose the no brainer option so you dont exhaust yourself with making choices at every point of the day. My no brainer options are: preportioned greek yogurt with store sliced fruit (less work to prep), overnight oats, a quick egg sandwich.

A healthy (no added sugar) cereal bar and a piece of fruit (eg banana) is very tasty and super simple and quick to make.

Oatmeal with fresh or frozen fruit would be my reply. Oat meal is a good source of fiber, some protein and it fills you up so you aren’t hungry in a few hours. The fruit adds vitamins and minerals to an already powerful start to a day.

Scrambled or poached eggs on toasted wholemeal bread or a protein bagel fills you up and is super simple to do. (sometimes with avocado & seeds at the weekend!)
On grab brakfast days (ie. to eat in the car on the way to work) a banana and small handful of nuts does me well enough 🙂

Fruit + oat/whole wheat + egg/lean meet. In this combination you can have a variety of breakfast plan. Just make sure you plan ahead the night before, so you know what to eat right away the next morning. Good luck!

Take around 40-50 gm rolled oats and soak it in 250 ml milk overnight, also soak 6-8 almonds in it. Then in the morning add 1-2 tbsp flax seeds, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 banana ( any fruit ) and a sweetner of your choice ( optional ). There you go. Your protein rich breakfast is ready and flax seeds will help to clean your stomach.
