The best time to do it would be when they go to school. If the young one doesnt, you could try it before the time she/he wakes up. Also, P.S. don’t try to hide your exercise from your babies. If you can’t find a time when they aren’t around, know that it’s ok. You can simply just tell them that you’re gonna exercise for 30mins or so mins (start slow) and tell them them to not disturb u. Your partner (if u have one) can keep your kids engaged during that time. This will help your kids realize the importance of exercise in their future routines too.
