Would love to hear what others are eating for a great quick breakfast that IS NOT eggs. (Eggs make me feel ill later.) I could use some variety.

You can drink natural juice along with whole wheat toast, with avocado and other vegetables, with cheese, or you can eat chicken liver with a light salad.

i literally just ate 2 homemade baked-sandwich with scrambled eggs in it… hmm if u ask me what would I eat for a quick breakfast, i would choose fruits like an apple, a banana, etc. I choose to eat fruits because it makes me feel fresh/refreshing especially apples! plus fruits are way more healthy for your health so.. and also they are more convenient cause u can literally eat the fruit anywhere & anytime! that’s all from me, thank you!

Hi! What i eat for breakfast is a notritious bowl: 1. Frozen fruits, put them in a microwave for about 1 minute 2.put yogurt on top of the unfrozen fruits 3.put any cereals you want ( i put oatmeal) 4. Put honey 5. Enjoy :))

I usually have 5 biscuits and a cup of milk with not too much coffee. I mean the milk looks a very very pale brown, and since i have to pour the coffee from the mocha i heat the whole cup in the microwave. But i have anorexia so don’t really listen to me
