Yes, it was hard for me and also my sister before. But now when I wake up, I drink a glass of water and take a shower. This fully wakes me up and I actually enjoy my breakfast. It’s better to try and eat instead of waiting a few hours because you shouldn’t stay hungry for that long!

Yes, for me it's been a long lasting battle to just get myself to eat in the morning. But I have to remind myself that I am improving my habits and that I should always try my best 😊

In society, we have this idea that dinner is the most important and therefore biggest meal of the day. A lot of people overeat past the feeling of fullness at dinner. The body knows this, and naturally doesn’t send hunger cues for a longer period of time following this. This is one reason why many people struggle to eat in the morning; they simply don’t need the nourishment right now. If you want to eat a bigger breakfast; start with a smaller dinner.
