Prepared juices healthy juices, green juices with chia and other supplements, put it into the freezer and the next day you can just blended it with water or milk, or milk alternatives, it’s great and healthy, you can add protein powder too

My prefer make-ahead breakfast is to have the banana pancake batter ready and a homemade trail mix in a bag ready to go! The pancakes don't take long and they're nice and warm by the time I'm out the door.
