A very healthy and a nutritious breakfast is an egg with a high fiber toast and a fruit like an apple or an orange or a banana.
Personally I prefer an over night oatmeal with a bit of chia seed with some fruit dipped into yoghurt, it‘s healthy, doesn’t take time in the morning to make and you can have it to go. It will definitely keep you full for hours and have the energy level you need.

For me the easiest breakfast meals to have on the go to work is – boiled eggs, and fruits as it's nutritious and easy as well!
