Try to go and head to bed as soon as possible. If you have a long night routine, it won't harm you too much to skip it. If you have pills or gummies that are necessary to take, take those and change into comfortable clothing like pajamas. If your hair is up and/or styled, let it down and if you are wearing any jewelry and/or makeup, make sure to take those off.

Try meditation and some streching in the weekend it really helps your body relax and feel less frustrated and try getting atleast 8hrs of sleep whenever possible
