Fruit salads are really good even though it’s more of a lunch food, I like them in the morning. Açaí bowls are really good too and customizable, you can get ones that you store in the freezer and then either microwave and thaw in the morning! Also homemade yogurt, there’s plenty of good recipes out there where you just use Greek yogurt and add fruits and other stuff in a blender and tada! My mom makes a really good one and eats it every morning
