What are your go-to breakfast meals that are easy to prepare the night before?

Oatmeal, frozen blueberries, almond milk, walnuts and. Nature Valley granola bar all mixed together. It’s delicious! And filling….🌞

Oatmeal and fruits; If you plan to eat fruits with anything for breakfast the next morning, pre-cut your fruits and store it in a container to put in the fridge. As for the oatmeal, I like to purchase oatmeal packets from the store that only requires me to add water or milk and then warm in the fridge.

I really enjoy doing something with eggs. But it is kinda risky to do it the night before and eat it the other day. Some cereal or healthy snack will do with me. Or some apples, pears, bananas, peaches or some fruit. Many people really likes having vegetables. But i am not that vegetable person. I like fruits. So probably some fruits or healthy cereals. Protein bars would do its magic too.

Over night oats or French toast, smoothie, banana bread, basically everything that can’t be heated up again or left in the fridge and served cold is really easy. If confused or new to these recipes I know lots of recipes are on Pinterest or blogs 🙂
