How do you guys count the nutrients in your food?

My family does not “measure” out the nutrients in our food. As a general rule of thumb we try to eat Whole Foods and stay away from anything processed. We try to minimize our juice and dessert intake to lower the amount of sugar we are eating. However, I feel I could personally cut down on carbs

I use an app to track what I eat and it finds calculates the nutrients for me so I know what is in the food I’m eating. I hope this is helpful:)
