What are your favourite tea blends or brands?

When it comes to tea, the best blends often depend on personal preference and desired benefits. For relaxation, chamomile or lavender blends are excellent choices. If you’re looking for a boost, consider green tea or a chai blend with spices. Experimenting with different brands like Harney & Sons or Twinings can also enhance your experience. Remember, the ritual of brewing and enjoying tea can be a wonderful way to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, helping you develop lasting healthy habits.

It depends! I love English breakfast tea with some milk in the morning. Greek tea with a slice of lemon in mid-morning and ginger tea after dinner to help with digestion

I like Yorkshire tea bags for like general day tea and I like a mix of apple and other fruit tea for in the evening when im reading and want to relax. They also help you sleep.

Ooh, I love tea so much!! I start the day with Assam, I prefer white to green after that, but might go straight to fruit - I’m trying a Korean brown rice tea with ginger and bellflower root right now. I like different teas for different things - e.g. comfort (three ginger / chamomile flower), digestif or lift (three mint), bedtime wind down (chamomile, rosehip, linden blossom). I like brands which are fully compostable / recyclable packaging (Brew Tea Co, Pukka, Teapigs and Estate Tea Co for loose leaf teas) and I’m really fond of Mission blends for specific purposes at the moment. Not a cheap habit, but one that’s good for my body and soul!

Upblends is a small business that has wonderful blends according to your needs. I personally love anything with hibiscus or citrusy. I’m a loose leaf devotee now.
