My husband makes breakfast sandwiches on Saturday that we eat on Saturday and Sunday. I love it. And I enjoy eating half a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Been hooked on bagels ever since my mom owned and ran a deli.

Day of I prefer something quick, such as instant oatmeal with fruit, or a quick apple and cheese, something I can grab and go with. If I am planning a breakfast before hand, it’s usually some sort of yogurt bowl. I should start prepping smoothies the night before, or breakfast wraps or something. Right now I’m just keeping it simple.

Every morning meal comes with freshly made coffee without sugar half two teaspoons of half and half and I’ve found myself to be well fed in the mornings!
