What are your favorite breakfasts for on the go?

Riya N.
I used to make overnight oats So that the next morning if I was ever late for something I could grab it from the fridge and go!

My personal favorite are apples. It's super easy to grab and go, and they are delicious and easy to snack on while driving or running around the house. Just make sure you properly throw the core away when you're finished!

I’ve never been a big fan of breakfast foods for breakfast. I usually go for a light snack like nuts or freeze dried strawberries but if I have time I will heat up some soup or make a meal for my breakfast.

I like to prepare a day before if I know that I won’t be able to have breakfast at home. Usually bake eggs with veggies and or meat and put in fridge after it cools down. Another is oatmeal or granola – separating all the items in different containers is a great way to make sure the granola doesn’t get soggy

Fruits and veggies, nuts also tofurky sticks and other things like that. Things that have high protein and low sugar for the morning.

If I have to rush out in the morning, I fill my little tubwith dried fruits nuts or some fresh fruit if I have it, grab my water bottle and I have something healthy to eat on the bus.
I can't manage a big breakfast, and used to eat nothing at all for breakfast, so a selection of fruits and nuts means my body is getting a burst of nutrients without me having to eat a big meal which I'm not used to and stops me nibbling on crisps and chocolate on the bus… Win win !!

A microwaved cupcake with oat, banana and egg with some raw nuts and a little bit of really dark chocolate in the middle

Especially when I'm late I pick up some fruits so I can easilly eat them in the car and allways with my cup of hot tea to drink.

I’m not a big breakfast eater, so I start with coffee. After I’ve been up a few hours I like to have a smoothie made from Greek yogurt and fruit. It gets me through the remainder of the morning.

Hmm, I would say that, my favorite breakfast are mashed eggs with some vegetables and sometimes with slice of bread. I love it!

A nutritious smoothie. If you pre portion and pack what you need to put in the smoothie when you get time, then it makes it quicker to make so you can stay on the go

I always eat eggs in the breakfast. Also, some fruit before eat the salty things like bread or "arepa". With chocolate, "aguapanela" or oatmeal 🙂

Usually I have coffee and white yogurt with muesli and banana. If I have more time and I want to have something special, I make myself eggs and bread with avocado.

1/2 cup of frozen berries. They consist of blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Usually with 2 scrambled eggs or one boiled egg. With a cup of oatmeal or a cup of Cheerios with 1/2 cup of milk. And coffee. For carbs sometimes I skip breakfast cereal and have 1 slice of wheat toast.
