What are you eating for breakfast? I’d love some inspiration!
Eating a great breakfast sets a positive tone for your day! Consider incorporating a balance of protein, healthy fats, and whole grains. For inspiration, try oatmeal topped with nuts and berries, a smoothie with spinach and banana, or scrambled eggs with avocado on whole-grain toast. These options not only nourish your body but also help establish a morning ritual that can enhance your overall well-being and support your goals. Remember, a nutritious breakfast is a key habit in building lasting healthy routines.
It definitely depends on your goals and what you do in a day. For me, breakfast needs to refill your body of all the calories you burn out when you sleep. Ideally, match your calories. I eat the Kodiak waffles, oatmeal, and pure protein bars (2 total). This will give you energy to take action. It’ll also be good to build muscle and reduce body fat or lose weight if that is what you need. It takes a little bit of time to prepare it but it’s pretty easy, less expensive, and healthier than eating fast food.
