What are the steps you follow to disconnect?

First love yourself.have a faith in ourselves that makes us to get confidence to do anything even if we know fail. I often disconnect From the things like phone or games or other stuff, I think about my favourite thing that gives me feeling for example I think about space..it gives me a goosebumps every time I think about it and give yourself other works practically that' keeps you busy from the things that distracting you...and listen to motivation songs that could boost your feelings or confidence thank you ❤️❤️
I don’t answer any unnecessary calls, texts, or emails. My family’s calls & texts I do answer but I don’t look into social media ether.
