I’m finding it very hard to stop going in my phone at night and then I would only fall asleep at 4am. Do you have any habits to help me stop going on my phone?

It’s common to struggle with phone usage at night. To help you disconnect and unplug, establish a nightly ritual. Set a specific time to put your phone away, ideally an hour before bed. Create a relaxing routine—read a book, meditate, or practice deep breathing. Consider placing your phone in another room to reduce temptation. Gradually, these habits will help you fall asleep earlier and improve your overall sleep quality. Remember, consistency is key in forming lasting healthy habits!

So what’s helped me is that I keep reminding myself that I’d not be active and energetic for the next day. If I don’t sleep well, I’m constantly tired. I don’t eat well too then. So yeah.. remind yourself of this when you have the urge to scroll through your phone at night.
