I’m finding it very hard to stop going in my phone at night and then I would only fall asleep at 4am. Do you have any habits to help me stop going on my phone?

So what’s helped me is that I keep reminding myself that I’d not be active and energetic for the next day. If I don’t sleep well, I’m constantly tired. I don’t eat well too then. So yeah.. remind yourself of this when you have the urge to scroll through your phone at night.
