What are the best stretches to get splits?
To achieve the splits, focus on dynamic and static stretches that target your hip flexors, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Incorporate lunges, seated forward bends, and butterfly stretches into your routine. Consistency is key, so aim to stretch daily, holding each position for 20-30 seconds. Gradually increase your range of motion over time, and remember to listen to your body to avoid injury. Creating a daily stretching ritual will help you develop flexibility and work towards your goal of achieving the splits.
I usually stretch my arms down to my feet, and then I will do a few sets of rolling my shoulders and rolling my neck and then I will stretch my left arm and move my head to the opposite side and do the same over to the right side I then will stretch my arm over my head on either side of my leg. I try and stretch my lower back because it’s very stiff and I try and move my hips because it’s stiff so that I can help myself, but I can’t do the splits yet.
